We are located between Neighbors Credit Union and Lane Regional Medical Center in Zachary. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 12 noon. Please contact our office at 225-658-8868.
Non emergency questions will be answered throughout office hours and at the end of the day. Emergencies will be addressed immediately.

When calling to make an appointment, please given us as much information as possible so that we can schedule the appropriate visit. We try to see appointments on time but can have delays due to the unpredictable nature of childbirth. Please feel free to call prior to coming in.
